✅ Step 1: Open the Journey You Want to Share
In the Hintible Journey Builder, open the completed journey you want to send.
Click the Share button in the top-right corner.
✉️ Step 2: Choose Your Contact
Paste the email of the HubSpot contact you want to send the journey to.
💡 If they’re not in HubSpot yet, you’ll be prompted to create a new contact.
📲 Step 3: Pick a Channel
Select the channel you want to send through.
For this example, choose LinkedIn, then click Share (you can personalize after).
🎥 Step 4: Record Your Personalization (Optional)
If your journey includes personalized videos, now’s the time to record them. Keep it short and natural.
✏️ Step 5: Edit the Captions (Optional)
Adjust the preview caption if needed.
Captions must be under 160 characters and should grab attention.
🔗 Step 6: Copy Your Message
Click Share again. This generates your clickable preview GIF and message.
Once it’s ready, click the Copy button to copy everything to your clipboard.
💬 Step 7: Send via LinkedIn
If the contact has a LinkedIn profile in HubSpot, click Open LinkedIn to go straight to their profile.
Paste the message into their DMs and hit Send.
🔍 Heads up: The clickable preview will appear after you send the message—not before.
🎯 Done!
That’s it. Your contact will receive the journey, and HubSpot will automatically track every signal—views, clicks, buttons pressed—directly on their contact record.
